Membership: We encourage all members of the Piha community to become members. Strong membership gives us a strong voice to advocate with Council for improved services, maintenance and infrastructure for Piha. Fees are currently $10 per member for the year. Piha Resilience Plan: We are pleased to report that NZ Red Cross Disaster Fund has granted a significant sum to the Piha Resilience Plan for three Emergency Centres. We are still seeking for volunteer “Cluster Coordinators.” Please Contact US if you are interested in being involved, or call Ken Cowan 0211 269 171

Auckland Council Storm Recovery Community Grant: Piha R&R has been successful in their application for this grant and we will be organising a fun community function to celebrate all of the Piha people and organisations who came together to once again prove that we live in an amazing community. Watch this space.
Skate Park: We have pulled together a band of enthusiastic volunteers to work on progressing this project through the processes of Auckland Council. The journey starts with this year’s revision of the Waitakere Ranges Parks (Piha) Management Plan and it will be a challenging journey, but we have enthusiasm and determination on our side.
