Regional Parks Management Plan Review
We seek your feedback, ideas and suggestions on how you would like to see our 28 regional parks protected, used and managed for the next 10 years.
We welcome your suggestions
You can make suggestions on a particular regional park and/or on regional parks in general by using our interactive survey(External link) or posting your suggestions on the online suggestion board.
We have created a discussion paper to give you some information and background on the regional parks. In it we present topics for you to think about. We also introduce the new parks that will be included in the next management plan and ask for your views on these parks.
You can comment on anything mentioned in our discussion paper, or on any other matter you think is relevant to regional parks. You are also welcome to read and comment on any aspect of the current management plan, the Regional Parks Management Plan 2010.(External link)
Your suggestions at the start of this review will help us draft Auckland’s next regional parks management plan to help look after our beautiful regional parks for the next 10 years.
Suggestions for this round of consultation close on 12 October 2020.
