The Waste Minimisation and Innovation Fund opens for applications on Wednesday 1 April 2015.
The purpose of the fund is to support new ideas and projects that reduce waste going to landfill in the Auckland region. We invite businesses, community groups, iwi/Maori groups and educational organisations to apply for funding.
The funding round opens on Wednesday 1 April 2015 and closes 5pm Thursday 30 April 2015.
The April round is only for small grants of up $5000.
Small, medium and large grants will be considered either September or October.
The Waste Minimisation and Innovation Fund (WMIF) only accepts online applications. You can access the online application portalSmartyGrants from the Auckland Council website, the application form is currently available for preview and you will be able to start your submission once the WMIF opens for applications at 9am on the 1 April.
A workshop will be held from 6pm to 7.30pm on; 7th April – The Fickling Centre Three Kings
