PLEASE SLOW DOWN
We have been receiving a number of comments about people NOT observing the new 50 Km/Hr speed limit on Piha Road, particularly from the “welcome to Piha” signs through to Te Ahuahu Road.
Everyone must consider the danger to pedestrians, particularly children and make an effort to slow down. We know old habits die hard, but we do not want a tragic accident and we do not want Police radar checking speeds in Piha.
